01 — Our process

Known timing. No external approval layer.

  1. Initial view

    Indicative view within 5 business days of a complete information pack.

  2. Non-binding offer

    Non-binding offer within 15 business days where the opportunity meets the mandate.

  3. Due diligence

    Due diligence usually takes 45–60 days. We identify commercial, technical and operating questions early.

  4. Funding position

    Mandated capital comes from existing owner and investor clients. Off-market transactions under $80m carry no capital-raising condition.

  5. Decision

    A two-partner investment committee makes the call. There is no external approval layer.

Contained from the first call.

Submissions are held by named individuals only and are not circulated on-market. We will execute an NDA on request within 24 hours.
